The U cage is recommended for more advanced athletes who exclusively use to the kneeling position. The U cage frame design does not allow for the sitting position. Customers tend to have good balance and are T-10 injury level or below. U cage includes an aluminum knee plate for extra rigidity. This cage does require good transfer skills.
