The HPL700 is a uniquely designed electronically operated patient lift for the safe lifting of heavier patients. It is both sturdy and robust with a Safe Working Load rating of 700 lbs. The HPL700 Patient Lift is compatible with multiple spreader bars, allowing caregivers to use this one lift for patients considered bariatric and non-bariatric alike. It is also designed to be configured with or without a weigh scale. The weigh scale is seamlessly integrated with a digital display on both sides and user-friendly controls. The HPL700 is also equipped with unique Hoyer Smart Monitor technology that accurately records and displays vital lift utilization and service data.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service.
After 30 business days, Patient lifts are no longer returnable for hygienic safety and per FDA regulations. Slings, even if unused, are non-returnable.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
This item has a 30% Restocking Fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to Dirty wheels, scratches on frame, scratches to the remote (if applicable).
All accessories and chargers included in the patient lift’s box must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
Curbside delivery by definition means the trucking service will park in front of your home and you are responsible for moving the product into your home. The driver does not assist with bringing product to the residence.
Standard Curbside Delivery with Lift Gate Service + $150
Needed if the resident does not have a loading dock to offload the truck.
Inside Delivery + $249
Includes delivery over the first threshold of the consumers home, as long as the box fits through the doorway, otherwise delivery will be to the first dry area.
White Glove + $500
Deliveries are scheduled with the customer to residential locations only and with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operations. Product is delivered via lift gate truck or with two delivery persons, when necessary, inside the home and placed in room of choice to main and/or second level (up or down). Item(s) are unpacked and packaging debris removed from consumer premises. Item(s) are assembled as needed (not to exceed 15 minutes) and powered up.
