The TRANSITIONS Angled Entry Plate by EZ-Access is a portable stand-alone threshold plate with a slip-resistant applied surface for superior traction. This single-piece, formed aluminum plate helps to eliminate trip hazards and accommodates most mobility devices. The Angled Entry Plate is available in 8-, 10-, and 12-inch lengths. It installs in minutes. The simple 1-piece design means no assembly or moveable parts; just set the plate in the desired position, and it’s ready to use.

Return Policy
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140. Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- All returns must be in original packaging and submitted within 60 days.
- 15% handling and restocking fee will be deducted.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- The item must be in new condition; unused.
- All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
